When you begin to realize that overwhelm is a mindset, it will be easier for you to stop anxiety in its tracks.

If you think about it, if you have a full day of enjoyable events, you don’t feel overwhelmed. So ask yourself if you spend your day doing things you dislike.

Is it your badge of honor to say “I’m just so busy”? Being constantly stressed is not a badge of honor.

Instead of putting so much on your plate, plan something fun for the day. Take a few minutes to relax and get in touch with yourself.

You’ll find that it makes a difference in how you look at the day.
