Coach on Call is a flexible, as-needed coaching service designed for busy leaders who need timely support.

Whether it’s navigating a tough conversation, preparing for a high-stakes presentation, stressful work relationships, or managing change, your leaders can reach out, get on my calendar, and receive immediate, focused coaching services.

Best for:

How it works:

  • Leaders contact me directly via a dedicated scheduling link
  • Sessions are 60 minutes and focused on real-time problem solving
  • Billed per session, or packages available upon request

2. Coach on Reserve

Prepaid coaching hours—on hold and ready when your leaders need them.

Coach on Reserve gives your organization a bank of coaching hours to be used throughout the year. You pre-purchase a block of sessions, and your leaders draw from that reserve when they’re ready for support.

This option gives your team easy access to a trusted coach without needing to start from scratch each time—and gives you budget clarity and flexibility.

Best for:

HR leaders who want to proactively offer coaching to managers or departments

  • Companies who value leadership development but need scheduling and budget flexibility
  • Growing teams who want coaching embedded into their leadership culture

How it works:

  • You prepay for a selected number of coaching sessions (typically in blocks of 10, 12, 20 or more)
  • Sessions are scheduled directly with me via a private link
  • Monthly usage reports and feedback summaries available for company sponsors (optional)
