Building a Sensitive Workplace, Promoting a Culture of Respect

With the new IL (and other states) requirement beginning January 1, 2020, that all companies provide anti-harassment training for their employees, I am teaming up with Susie Raemer Rodriguez to offer a state compliant sexual harassment program. This program combines what is required under the law, understanding unconscious bias, and providing tools to build and sustain a culturally sensitive work environment.

Course Objectives

  • To Identify Different types of Harassment & Disrespectful Behavior.
  • To Understand Unconscious Bias and how it influences our own behavior.
  • To Provide the tools to build a Culturally sensitive environment.
  • To familiarize employees and managers with the Company’s Policy and Procedures Regarding Harassment.
  • To Understand the Legal Implications of non-compliance.
